Insomnia Cookies has officially opened its doors at 409 Water Street in Eau Claire, offering residents and students a new spot for late-night indulgence.

 

Known for delivering warm, freshly baked cookies until the early hours, Insomnia Cookies caters to those late-night cravings that strike when most other bakeries are closed.

 

The menu boasts a variety of flavors, including classics like Chocolate Chunk and Snickerdoodle, as well as deluxe options such as S'mores Deluxe and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe.

 

For those with dietary restrictions, the bakery offers vegan and gluten-free choices, ensuring everyone can enjoy a sweet treat.

 

Operating hours are tailored to night owls: Sunday through Wednesday from 12:15 PM to 12:35 AM, Thursday and Friday from 11:15 AM to 2:35 AM, and Saturday from 12:15 PM to 2:35 AM.
